What You'll Do:

- Lead regular meetings with DHS leadership, program teams, and acquisition officials to drive collaboration and growth.
- Own the strategy: identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business that fuels a robust sales pipeline.

- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, events, and the competitive landscape to keep MetroStar ahead of the game.
- Foster teaming opportunities with other industry leaders to amplify our capabilities.

- Proven track record in business development with 10+ years of experience in DHS, helping companies grow and innovate.
- Expertise in building a forward-looking pipeline, consistently identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
- A dynamic approach to using deep knowledge of MetroStar's technology and capabilities to shape bold, future-focused strategies.
- Experience navigating DHS components like USCIS, ICE, CBP, and TSA to lead us into new territory.
- A collaborative mindset, with existing business relationships in the industry that can help build unstoppable teams.
