We're a curious, responsive, dedicated bunch and are looking for a Senior GEOINT Imagery Analyst to join our team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
Responsibilities:
- Drive modernization efforts through the development of tradecraft policies, SOPs, and training materials.
- Lead a Community of Practice.
- Facilitate training and collaboration sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree. (A combination of years of experience & professional certifications/trainings can be used in lieu of a degree.)
- Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
- Proven knowledge of identifying and extracting military order of battle equipment from multi-INT data sources.
- Experience with analytic systems and tools (Such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, Intelink, SAFE, M3, Cedalion, IEC or ArcGIS).
- Experience with NTM sensors and capabilities (Including tasking and collection).
- Experience with national Imagery Archive ordering and storage procedures.
- Experience with Quality Control Protocols and Processes.
- Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics.
- Ability to collaborate with fellow analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches.
- Production/analyst heavy background.
- Demonstrable knowledge of standard and non-standard NGA reports.
- Demonstrable knowledge of manual light table and electronic light table functionalities.
- Completed an Imagery Analysis Course/Certification.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience providing/facilitating classroom and on-the-job training.
- Experience with project planning.
- Experience working with customers from office-level leaders to individual analysts to promote change.
