We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team and ensure effective operations of shipping, receiving, warehouse and inventory teams.

Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager will collaborate across departments to ensure effective operations of shipping, receiving, warehouse and inventory teams. This role involves establishing strategies for inventory management and parts storage, managing order fulfillment as well as handling inbound and outbound shipments. The preferred candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail, will foster a team-oriented environment, and develop a culture of success. Operating in a startup environment will initially require a highly hands-on approach and the ability to drive change in the organization as we scale.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build processes and elevate current procedures to best-in-class
- Lead implementation of SAP warehouse management systems
- Establish barcoding and RF scanning systems
- Ensure accurate warehouse transactions to meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions, balancing workload between functions to ensure operational goals are met
- Manage order fulfillment and improve the team's ability to solve day-to-day problems
- Drive a 5S mindset to support company growth & improve efficiency
- Schedule and oversee a growing team, work with management to adapt to changing business needs
- Lead and develop warehouse associates to further career development
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and tidy work environment
- Provide recommendations on restocking to the supply chain team
- Assume responsibilities for absent employees and address business demands across all levels as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management/control or warehouse/logistics
- Ability to use cloud-based software for inventory tracking and systems, spreadsheets, and shipping for all types of orders
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, high motivation, well-organized, and punctual
- Ability to operate and get certified on a forklift
- Ability to frequently move and lift items weighing up to 50lbs across the office for various needs
- Ability to thrive in high-stress situations
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Desire for an accelerated career path and opportunity to excel in different areas and tasks
- DOT Hazmat certified or willing to acquire certification
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments
- Must be flexible with working hours and be available on weekends
- Experience in developing and maintaining KPI metrics
- Must be able to work independently ensuring all priorities are met

- Willingness to be highly hands-on through initial employment period
Preferred Education and Experience
- College Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in SAP
- Continuous improvement / Kaizen experience is a plus
