Director Strategy
Leader responsible for delivery of oncology TAS Projects.
Major Accountabilities:
- Support Oncology TAS team in evaluating pipeline opportunities.
- Co-ordinate and Collaborate network of subject matter experts within and outside the NVS organization.
- Drive ideation, analyses, benchmarking and out-side in insight generation on opportunities for lifecycle strategies.
- Potentially involved in other ad hoc requests from the Oncology TA.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of related experience required.
- Strategy Development in Oncology.
- Functional Breadth.
- Major Change.
- Collaborating across boundaries.
- Organization Scope, Scale and Complexity.
- Industry / Business Exposure.

- Modeling and Quantifying Business and Investment Cases with High Uncertainty.
- Developing and Delivering Story Flows and Presentations for Management.
- Knowledge of understanding and knowing how to address the challenges in the healthcare environment.
- Embedding HCS thinking in Novartis strategic processes.
- Knowledge of current and future global business trends.
- Assessing impact of (internal & external) changes on the HCS.
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $50-$100/hour based on qualifications and experience (W-2/only)
Contract: 3 months
