What you'll be doing...
As a Managing Partner in SLED Sales, you'll build, develop and lead a team of performing sales professionals. With your leadership skills, you'll motivate and empower your sales team to deliver customer service and solutions to small and medium-sized customers to make their businesses run better, faster, and smarter. With your ongoing mentorship and development, you'll drive the sales performance of your team.
- Enabling your team to deliver good customer service.
- Leading, developing and tracking your team's performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new business.
- Modelling sales strategies for your team to follow.
- Tracking and reporting key financial, budget, and sales metrics.
Where you'll be working...
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in sales.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Experience in SLED.
- Knowledge of sales proposals, business cases, and value propositions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
