Objectives
Oversee strategic technology initiatives through all stages including exploration, implementation, and operation.
Provide assistance in decision making, project management, and initiative implementation.
Improve and create processes and procedures related to employee productivity, security and compliance, and engineering efficiency.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Work directly with technology executives on special projects.
Manage and oversee daily operations of technology directly impacting a cross functional set of stakeholders, including engineering, operations, compliance, and HR.
Serve as subject matter expert for technology related inquiries and new requirements, developing action plans to address them.
Requirements
5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience working closely with engineering teams.
Education in engineering related discipline or relevant industry experience in a technology company.
Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.

Salary Range
$200K — $250K
