What We’re Looking For
A Director of Real Estate with a proven track record in developing and executing real estate strategies aligned with business expansion goals, specifically within the multi-brand, multi-state QSR industry.
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and securing prime restaurant locations through market analysis and financial forecasting.
- Experience in in-line and ground-up development for both purchase and lease opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless site development and openings.
What We Offer
- Starting salary of $125,000 – $150,000 per year.

As the Director of Real Estate tasked with driving expansion through strategic real estate management, you will:
- Develop and execute real estate strategies supporting expansion goals.
- Identify, assess, and secure prime restaurant locations through analysis and forecasting.
- Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless site development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and manage relationships with real estate professionals.
Requirements
Required Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate management, focusing on retail or restaurant site acquisition, is required.
- Experience managing real estate activities across multiple states and brands.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret market data and financial models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently as per business needs.
