Join us in Optum Bank as a Product Director as we build intuitive and seamless financial services experiences that bring together customer centric design principles with financial services best practices to support consumers and providers in healthcare. Healthcare is at a pivotal point and creating and designing intuitive financial services experiences that allow consumers and providers to focus on care delivery, while managing their financial positions is crucial to overall wellbeing. This position will interact with multiple levels and will leverage deep financial services and product management expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for Optum Bank Commercial Deposit and Lending solutions; aligning with the overall organizational goals.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends, to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization, sequencing, and release plans for new features and enhancements, based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product execution, resolve challenges, and achieve business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven decisions.
- Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance of Optum Bank products and services, data privacy requirements, and industry standards pertaining to banking and financial solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in leading product management in the Financial Services industries.
- 5+ years of experience in consultation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing at senior leadership levels.
- 5+ years of experience within a highly matrixed organization.
- 5+ years of comprehensive and detailed business analysis and requirement documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating commercial account opening and servicing capabilities.
- Experience creating lending origination and servicing capabilities.
- Experience in 3rd party card issuance/settlement and alternative payment methods.
- Experience with treasury cash management platforms for B2B organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to synthesize and leverage data and analytics to build the product value story.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
