What you’ll be doing...
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic digital team. As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for driving the order conversion strategy and maximizing the conversion rate across our lower funnel. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of small business customer behavior and a passion for optimizing the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Optimize and continuously improve the order conversion strategy within our Digital E2E lower funnel, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience geared to the unique needs of small business customers.
Analyze user behavior aggregate data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving the order conversion process while balancing fraud prevention measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, GTS, credit, and fraud teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements to the E2E CX sales flow. Must be comfortable with understanding inter-system process flows and interacting with technical material.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate product flow improvements.
Create and maintain product roadmap, feature backlog, and other lower funnel related documentation.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to order conversion such as conversion rate, average order size, fall-out between order process steps, and fraud rates.
Balance new feature development with day-to-day operational support to include identifying bugs and continuous testing of customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to order conversion and user experience.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Five or more years of experience in product management, focusing on e-commerce or digital products.
Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and a/b testing.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proficiency using analytic tools and data visualization platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
Proven track record of successfully optimizing order conversion and driving business growth.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $130,000.00 and $241,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
