Job Title: Sr. Site Operations Manager
What this job involves:
As a Sr. Site Operations Manager at JLL, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple client locations, focusing on strategic vendor management and operational excellence across diverse sites. You'll lead a team of site managers, drive consistency in vendor performance, and ensure all locations meet or exceed client expectations while optimizing costs and efficiency.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Developing and implementing multi-site strategies for vendor management and operational efficiency
- Leading and mentoring a team of site managers across multiple locations
- Standardizing vendor management practices and performance metrics across all sites
- Conducting high-level reviews of vendor performance and contract compliance
- Coordinating with regional and global teams to align site operations with broader organizational goals
- Identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions across multiple sites
- Managing complex vendor relationships and resolving escalated issues
- Analyzing cross-site data to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Serving as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders on multi-site operational matters
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in site operations or vendor management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic vendor management and operational excellence across diverse locations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced knowledge of contract management, performance metrics, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in enterprise-level facility management and vendor management software
- Experience in developing and implementing multi-site operational strategies
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Professional certifications such as CFM, IFMA Fellow, or equivalent senior-level credentials
- Experience managing both hard and soft services vendors across a variety of facility types
- Knowledge of global best practices in facility management and vendor relations
- Familiarity with international regulations and compliance requirements in facility management
- Experience with large-scale cost optimization projects and strategic budget management
- Proficiency in change management and organizational transformation
- Understanding of emerging technologies in facility management and their strategic application
Estimated total compensation for this position: 150,000.00 – 175,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
