Job Description:
The Executive Director of MAT – NE US will be responsible to lead all operations in outpatient MAT facilities located in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York. Facilities will include outpatient Methadone treatment facilities, as well as outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directors of all facilities will have a direct line reporting relationship to this position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to lead an outpatient facility through the entire business cycle process, including site design, licensing, staffing and operations.
- Responsible to manage operations budgets for all facilities, with responsibility to meet budget targets for each.
- Responsible to interact with members of the medical community, referral sources, local business leaders and insurance representatives to network and develop the reputation of each facility.
- Responsible to hire and develop the leadership team for each facility and evaluate leadership effectiveness and meeting operational and clinical goals.

Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in healthcare or business
- Bachelor’s degree accepted (with minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience)
- At least five years’ experience running, operating, licensing, and staffing Methadone and Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) outpatient clinics
Travel Requirements:
Up to 25% work travel to facilities required
