Job Summary: The Senior General Manager will partner with the Regional Manager to build and support a team of capable and competent General Managers and Office Teams that can deliver on processes that are suited to a mid-sized company with outcomes to enhance and optimize operational performance of the company.
Travel: Employee is expected to be in their office(s) during the week. Other travel outside of their region and/or to the corporate office may be needed from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop A-Team that delivers A-Level Operational Outcomes and Processes.

- Perform as a stable operations leader – displays strong leadership that achieves KPIs and measurable goals as outlined by the Regional Manager team.
- Optimization of operational processes to deliver on goals – staffing percentages and budget adherence.
- Effective and collaborative management - able to effectively collaborate with other company departments/teams to achieve successful results.
- Independently drive key change and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategic goals.
- Heavy focus on auditing SOPs and accountability of SOP compliance at all respective center levels, as well as supporting providers while coaching and developing staff to ensure all are A players.
- Work closely with assigned offices, providers, and Central Support departments to assist Regional Manager in building a capable and competent team of Assistant Managers and General Managers.
- Co-develop the team in a cost-effective manner. Build a knowledge base across all disciplines with cross training employees.
- Along with the RM, provide a strong culture of continued education and growth for all staff members. Support the RM in managing, coaching, and overseeing the GMs management, development and coaching of office staff.
- Strong focus on full accountability of center SOP compliance through consistent auditing and follow through at offices.
- Possibly lead a team of GMs as direct reports and/or directly supervise mid- to large- offices.
- Support achieving monthly office goals for each region set forth by KPI tracker goals.
- Track to financial goals and patient satisfaction goals which will be updated and outlined by the operations team and shared with GMs monthly at a minimum unless the GMs are made aware of any delays.
- Ensure Staffing, Medical Supplies and Office Supplies are beneath guidance figures noted below.
- At minimum, meet monthly office visit and revenue goals to establish continuous office growth.
- Ensure Staffing, Medical Supplies and Office Supplies are beneath budgeted figures per office.
- Promote a culture of positivity and help build a company that has long-term sustainability.
- Obtain high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Goal is a net promoter score above 82.
- All patient messages resolved within 24hrs, and patient updated daily until resolved.

- Achieve smooth running office level operations and site level autonomy.
- For offices where the Senior General Manager oversees the office directly are responsible for all the expectations outlined in the General Manager job description. Including, but not limited to, the following:

- Frequent check in with providers via call, meetings to promote strong communication.
- Office level problems handled at the local level.
- All audit logs completed at the end of each timeframe specified.
- Cross training of staffing.
- Monthly staff meetings.
- Inventory and Cash management per SOP guidelines.
- First line of contact for front desk and MA issues.
- For offices where the Senior General Manager directly supervises the Assistant General Manager or the General Manager, are responsible for the following:
- Develop high performing General Manager team and office staff. Ensure General Managers are properly coached while managing and documenting as needed.
- Support the General Manager in ensuring all SOPs are followed and tasks, logs and messages are handled in a timely manner.
- Support the GM and RM in the recruitment and onboarding of new providers.
- Achieve margin progression in all respective offices so they are progressing towards 30% office EBITDA margins (assuming at $3.2M mature revenue).
- 30% margins at maturity (years 4 and beyond).
- 22-25% margins after 36 months.
- Margin progression towards budget goal under 36 months.
- Conflict resolution of all office level staff.
- Ability to resolve office staff and provider related conflict, issues, and concern on their own, in partnership with Human Resources as needed.
- Touch point conversations especially with dominant provider personalities.
- Effective problem-solving ability to create win-win solutions.
- Ability to coach GMs on support staff conflict, performance management and growth. Primarily responsibility of the Regional Manager but the Sr. General Manager may provide support here.
- Analyze processes and bottlenecks, collaborate with teams and implement data driven solutions to enhance patient care, streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.
- KPIs: To be discussed based on role and updated annually.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 or more years of leadership experience preferred.
- Healthcare administration or management background preferred.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Leadership qualities with good communication skills.
- Conflict resolution skills must be developed.
- Dermatology experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
