Management Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Support design, development, and implementation of business operating models, including vision and strategy, business processes, Digital Field Worker vendor evaluation, supporting tools and templates, and performance metrics.
- Solve complex work management and digital field operation worker problems.
- Conduct industry and client research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in change management activities, including developing communications, training, and job aids to support capability implementation.
- Manage teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture to deliver outcome.
- Contribute to the growth of the utility industry T&D practice by assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruiting activities, and informal coaching and mentoring to less experienced consultants.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the utilities industry.
- Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working with cross-functional teams composed of Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, and Technology Consulting;
- Performing project scoping, planning, and scheduling, managing junior team members, and aligning deliverables to client requirements for utility client engagements.
- Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Developing utilities scheduling, dispatch, and field mobility processes and interlocking work and field service management processes into cohesive digital solutions including IFS and Clevest;
- Developing testing scenarios and scripts to validate build components and meet required business scenarios in field service solutions;
- Developing and delivering training materials in the utilities industry;
- Developing vendor evaluation frameworks used for product evaluation and selection of utility technology solutions.
- Must have 2 years of experience in developing and delivering training materials for field service solutions including IFS and Clevest.
- Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
