Location
This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of our offices OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity with travel to clients and WillowTree offices expected.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Director, Data & Analytics, you will lead the current Global Data and Analytics practice across multiple geographies, driving the strategy, growth, and delivery of data-driven solutions for clients, leveraging cutting-edge analytics, data engineering, and data science technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define global data and analytics vision, product, technical strategy, and framework.
- Sell and deliver complex and innovative Data and Analytics projects for our clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, and consultants.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow the practice.
- Lead the expansion of the global data analytics practice through recruitment.
- Establish and refine processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of data and analytics advancements.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Competencies
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics services.
- Proven leadership experience in data engineering or analytics.
- Prior experience leading client data technical engagements.
- Strong leadership and proactive communication skills.
- Experience with delivering data solutions on major cloud platforms.
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.
- Strong business acumen.
Bonus Points
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar.
- Experience that spans across consulting, agency, and client-side roles.

USA Pay Range: $190,000—$246,000 USD
