As a Product Delivery Manager in Deposits 2.0, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will partner with the various JPMC Lines of Businesses and LRCC partners to understand and implement FDIC Part 370 requirements. You will manage firm wide steering committee, lead executive updates, and oversee overall governance of the program.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Manage overall governance of the firms compliance with FDIC Part 370
- Work with various lines of businesses and key stakeholders to understand their products, how data is captured, and how to strategically source data into the FDIC Insurance Calculation process
- Provide leadership in defining and executing project deliverables, including business requirements, testing, operating model assessments, and implementation
- Guide and oversee the process to remediate data and/or process errors encountered with FDIC Part 370 complete
- Work in a global, organizationally complex, fast-paced and cross-functional environment
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial domain with knowledge of deposit products
- Strong team-orientation, partnership and leadership skills; experience working with and influencing key stakeholders in driving strategic decisions and preparing succinct presentations
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
