About our Team
Our Product & Data Science Team leads the strategy and development of Healthcare solutions, leveraging provider, claims, and consumer data to provide insights for Healthcare Payer, Provider, Life Science, and Pharmacy markets. The team collaborates closely with Technology and Strategy. The primary responsibility of this team is to build, support, and supply the data, attributes, and models that drive our suite of Healthcare Products.
About the Role
The Senior Director Product Management will take difficult and complex problems with high business impact and solve them. The incumbent in this role will frequently be a key driver, able to see the big picture and make the right calls for the company and will actively manage and inspire Product Managers throughout the organization and represent the company to external audiences.
You will be responsible for:
- Building, supporting, and supplying data, attributes, and models for Healthcare Products.
- Measuring, monitoring, and improving data quality and model performance.
- Creating data tooling for maintenance and support of master data records.
- Driving research/testing strategy and ensuring data-based product decisions.
- Prioritizing hypothesis-driven product evaluation strategies, including AB testing.
- Breaking down complex issues into manageable elements.
- Establishing KPIs to measure team success.
- Developing a clear product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Making revenue projections with stated assumptions.
- Testing parts of the product vision and strategy with internal partners and customers.
- Mentoring managers to maintain a strategic, customer-driven perspective.
- Understanding competitive products and their influence on customer decisions.
- Balancing organizational and customer needs to create a strategic plan.
- Predicting trends within customer segments.
- Gathering data from multiple sources to drive business solutions.
- Overseeing strategy, planning, and execution.
- Ensuring product and software development processes, including agile.
- Driving process improvement initiatives for long-term value.
- Creating an atmosphere of continual improvement.
- Seeking out high-level sponsors and mentors.
Qualifications
- Have 15+ years’ experience in Product Management.
- Have Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical subject preferred. Technical Master’s, MBA, or management degree desirable.
- Have experience partnering with technology to develop and deploy complex data models.
- Have expertise in supporting the operationalization of data science models.
- Have history or expertise in integrating disparate datasets.
- Have ability to serve as a technical resource for other groups.
- Have experience with cloud-first implementations.
- Have ability to model self-development and support others in development actions.
- Have independent decision-making for product suite investment prioritization.
- Have expertise in data integration and data science deployment.
