Job Description
As the Senior Associate, Investment Management you will be capable of running small to medium-sized projects and begin to take on soft management responsibilities of training Associates. The goal for this role is to continue to learn and apply basic Investment Management + Operations principles.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Your Impact:
- You will have a strong understanding of the overall media marketplace and partner landscape.
- You will have a deep understanding of agency investment tools.
- You will bring a basic understanding of partnership opportunities, deals, and terms.
- You will bring a basic understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and media partner contracting process.
Day-to-Day:
- You will be responsible for the oversight and accuracy of campaign set-up and stewardship in the agency media buying platform.
- You will be accountable for the accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners.
- You will be accountable for on-budget delivery of media investment.
- You will be accountable for the actualization and reconciliation of media investment.
- You will be responsible for reconciling invoices, client media billing reports, partner payment mitigation, and resolution.
- You will be responsible for the development and delivery of Marketplace Value workbooks.
- You will be responsible for campaign closures.
- You may be responsible for training and mentoring Associates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of media planning and/or buying experience.
- 1+ years of media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean, etc.).
- 1+ years of experience with MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- 0-1+ years of previous pharma media experience, across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer).
