Brief summary of role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Education leader to join our team at Copado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Copado Academy, our learning platform that provides training and educational resources to our customers, partners, and internal teams.
As the Manager of Product Education at Copado, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality learning content that enables our users to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Copado platform. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning materials. We are only considering candidates located in the Eastern Timezone at this time.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall strategy and roadmap for the Copado Academy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, documentation, and other resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate technical information into user-friendly and engaging content.
- Work closely with instructional designers to design and develop effective learning experiences.
- Continuously update and improve existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the learning experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the Copado Academy remains innovative and effective.
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing and delivering learning content, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a team of content creators and instructional designers.
- Strong instructional design skills and the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information and develop content.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. The exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.
Salary Range:$120,000—$130,000 USD
