TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Director of IT for our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations, ensuring the alignment of IT strategy with business goals, and driving technology initiatives that enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Manage IT budgets, including capital and operational expenditures, to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance business operations.
- Monitor and assess emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on the business and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Ensure the availability and performance of critical IT systems and services through proactive monitoring and management.
- Lead efforts to enhance cybersecurity measures, protecting company data and systems from threats.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) and Salesforce development.
