Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
- Manage and mentor a team of department managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive dealership management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall dealership performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Summary:
Our Automotive Group is looking for a General Manager to lead our Dealership in Beckley, WV. You’ll work closely with management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
- Manage both New and Used Car Inventory.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Help manage all other aspects of the Dealership.
- Be passionate about customer retention and CSI.
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts.
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that will help the dealership meet its goals.
- Work with and lead our Fixed Operations Departments.
- Be a Servant Leader.
Requirements:
- Prior Automotive General Management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding of inventory control.
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
- Professional.
- Strong work ethic.
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Proven Track Record of Operational Success.
