70%-80% travel is required
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Market segmentation analysis for mining and industrial gearing/gearbox users.
- Layout OEM, distributors, rebuilders, and end user base.
- Market demographics.
- Defining equipment usage.
- Upkeep/maintenance cycles of equipment.
- Identify other adjacent markets/targets in the region such as rebuilders, steel producers, sugar, rubber, pulp & paper, etc.
- Improving the market position of the organization and helping it in every way to attain the desired financial growth.
Experience and Education:
Minimum of a 4 Year Degree; Master’s Degree or equivalent proven experience preferred.
Proven leadership role in a manufacturing sales organization; experience in the gearing and gearbox industry preferred.
