We are seeking a Director, PLS and Health Systems Integrations who will manage the end-to-end integration process for one or more PLS deals at any given time, ensuring a seamless transition and realization of synergies.
This is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for managing the opportunity development life-cycle for one or more PLS deals at any given time, in order to move from customer engagement to business/contract close effectively and efficiently.
- Develop prioritization standards for the opportunity development life-cycle activities and projects.
- Develop opportunity life-cycle standard milestone, task and dependency framework in order to facilitate early warning system for business/contract velocity issues.
- Build processes that ensure full value capture of opportunities in order to meet financial, commercial and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to align opportunity development life-cycle efforts with business objectives.
- Serve as a central project manager for deals, establishing and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure a structured and well-executed integration plan.
- Hold a matrix set of leaders accountable for solid execution to established integration plans, while maintaining agility as learnings evolve.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintaining a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
- Produce regular deal status update documents for specific deals for PLS leadership and senior level leadership review (ELT), on occasion. Includes volume reporting and timelines.
- Maintain deal issue logs and escalate challenges to senior management as appropriate.
- Organize and coordinate meetings of regional deal teams as needed.
Required Work Experience:
- 10 – 12 years of relevant work experience with previous experience in managing complex integrations, with a strong emphasis on program management and process optimization.
Knowledge:
- M&A, Project Management, QMS tools, Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Skills:
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple integration projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing challenges proactively.
