Job Title: Regional Director of Operations
Peak Industrial is actively seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee certain branches across Washington, Oregon, and Utah.
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the activities of Operations and/or Department managers of assigned locations. Responsible to assist them in establishing their branch and/or departmental objectives for sales, profits, cost controls, and staffing while continuously monitoring and evaluating their progress toward achieving objectives and goals. Accountable for the profitability of each dealership while maintaining and monitoring Peak internal controls and operating procedures.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Drive service gross margin performance through efficiency and utilization of company technicians.
- Coordinate with the Director of HR to attract and retain company technicians.
- Develop processes to lower work-in-process (WIP) at assigned branches.
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings, and review expense budgets along with establishing monthly sales and profit objectives.
- Travel as required to various locations to conduct needed duties and responsibilities.
- Establish and communicate to employees the goals for the branch that will provide for market leadership, superior customer loyalty, and maximize net profits.
- Provide direction, motivation, and training necessary to assure that the employees of the company are consistently offering superior levels of service to its customers and maintaining all standards necessary to being recognized for superior customer satisfaction.
- Staff the branches with individuals who are competent, trustworthy, adequately trained for their position, and motivated to help the dealership achieve its goals and objectives.
- Assure that the dealership and its employees conduct their affairs in a manner conducive to good citizenship with the community and operate with the laws and regulations of all local, state, and federal jurisdictions.
- Any additional duties assigned by the EVP - Ops.

Desired Qualifications:
- Must maintain high level of interpersonal relationship while working with corporate management, Branch locations and factory personnel.
- Strong computer skills, great knowledge of basic software and applications. M/S Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to identify problems and solve them diligently.
- Very organized with great managerial abilities and skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Professional attitude with ability to motivate, lead and direct effectively.
