WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Global Knowledge Business Director (GKBD) within BCG's Public Sector Practice Area, you will lead the Practice Area’s knowledge business by developing and driving the strategy and execution of the portfolio of knowledge assets and services. Alongside setting the direction for the Practice Area’s Knowledge agenda, you will also be responsible and accountable for the Practice Area’s Knowledge Team and its performance, including economics (client billability, P&L), customer satisfaction, and team satisfaction KPIs. As part of this, you will be the global leader of a growing team of 50+ FTEs located in 15+ offices around the world; you will inspire and motivate the entire team, as well as directly line manage and mentor a team of senior Knowledge Team members (8 FTEs) who collectively manage the practice’s KT.
As GKBD you will sit on the global Knowledge Team Leadership team and also be responsible for providing input on and activating strategies set by the senior Expertise & Knowledge PAL. You will work closely with both PA leadership and global KT leadership to drive the adoption of GenAI, encourage the innovation of new and expanded knowledge offerings (IP, tools, benchmarks, etc.), and implement other key strategic initiatives as identified.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Pr1+ equivalent BCG consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Public Sector experience preferred
- International experience preferred

This is a temporary (6 month) mat leave coverage, from mid-Sept 2023 to mid-March 2024.
