Position Title: Senior Project Director - Pennsylvania
Reporting Structure: Reports to the National Program Director
Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $96,000 depending on experience and skill sets
Job Classification: Full time, exempt
Schedule: Full-time (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)
Location: On-site (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
Benefits: Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by RFS.
Position Summary
Revolution Field Strategies is seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Project Director, who will be responsible for overseeing a variety of canvassing projects throughout Pennsylvania this fall, including the direct management of Project Directors and on-the-ground program leadership.
The Senior Project Director will report directly to a National Program Director. The applicant will be required to travel frequently to project locations throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and regular management of project-level staff to maintain a standard of excellence and ensure that all goals and project objectives are obtained.
Foster a healthy project working culture by providing motivation management and investing in the growth and development of program department staff.
Work with other departments to fulfill project-level priorities including recruitment, onboarding, termination, training and data-related needs.
Work with company leadership and the Operations Department to ensure that project staff are adhering to budget guidance.
As needed, travel to project sites to inspect and review project operations, training and provide in-person management of employees.
Maintain client relationships through consistent and scheduled communication, along with regular updates on project progress.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in personnel and organizational management.
Proven experience in managing and leading comprehensive, state-level programs and projects that require extensive organizing, operations, and client relationship management.
Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and implementation.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Campaign experience and/or deep understanding of the current political landscape preferred but not required.
Experience running programs with multiple deliverables is strongly preferred.
Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.
Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet.
Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver’s insurance.
Familiarity with Google Suite and VAN is preferred.
Essential Physical Requirements
The position requires the ability to attend in-person events and trainings throughout the fall season which may encompass all or part of the work day.
This position may entail other travel.
This position requires vision/hearing abilities.
