Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to help propel and drive interest in the company’s growing analytics platform. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will drive market positioning and messaging for new product capabilities and offerings in the analytics platform.
Working with a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and competitive analysis. The ideal person for this position has experience in the Developer / DevOps / Analytics / Software Development Lifecycle Management space with a passion for business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Create and document the message! You’ll develop and maintain audience-appropriate collateral – including presentations, white papers, web copy, audio/video scripts, messaging guides, collateral, blogs, emails and more – to support our go-to-market strategy.
- Launch product! You’ll work with product management, marketing and sales to set the go-to-market strategy and execute, execute, execute.
- Generate interest! You’ll collaborate with marketing and product management team members to support integrated marketing campaigns that help drive demand for our analytics platform.
- Evangelize! You’ll share your passion with technical and business audiences at meetups, conferences, and 1:1 with customers or prospects.
- Enable! You’ll meet with sales teams regularly to explain the value of new product updates and train them on the usage of sales tools and campaigns.
- Inspire! You will identify opportunities and collaborate to execute.
- Engage! You have a sales DNA, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to succeed.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of technical product marketing experience in the data analytics or software development space with at least 2 years experience in a field-facing role.
- Deep understanding of the tools, methodologies, typical org structure, acronyms, and needs for development and analytics organizations.
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate benefits of complex, technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams (internal and third-party) to achieve business objectives.
- History of curiosity and genuine interest in technology.
- Ability to think strategically with tactical execution.
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills to craft and land a great story.
Education:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or other related technical field.
