Role Overview:
- Coordinate projects/work efforts across target market leads
- Identify procedural inefficiencies and opportunities for program optimization
- Ensure integration across Foundational Business, working as subject matter expert (SME) for Target Markets
- Oversee development of Target Market tools/processes
What You'll Do:
- Run point on cross-functional efforts to stand-up and execute target market programs
- Identify resources needs, standard operational procedures, alignment gaps/opportunities
- Work with internal and external data resources to develop and synthesize insights
- Ensure coordination across market leads
- Insure alignment of tools, resources, and program builds
- Budget planning and management across market teams
- Coordinate, plan, and execute team meetings
- Management and development of direct reports
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, or relevant study; and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 - 7 years corporate experience; including 5+ years of experience in a business strategy, consulting, and/or marketing planning role
- Deep understanding of the agency distribution model and strong project management skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Broad understanding of business operations/processes (e.g., resource allocation, process mapping)
- Ability to analyze processes, identifying areas for optimization/opportunity, and leverage data insights to develop business plans/processes
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $137,500 - $200,000
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
