We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with a wealth of experience in digital transformation. As a critical member of our team, you will shape the design, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Architecture Practice at Fluke. Your deep understanding of architecture across all subject areas to support transformation is critical in this role.
Enterprise Architect Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise architecture solutions across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Provide guidance and leadership on application architecture, integration architecture, and enterprise architecture best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand the strategic objectives, requirements, and challenges of the organization.
- Analyze the current state and future state of the enterprise architecture and identify gaps, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, such as models, diagrams, roadmaps, and frameworks, using enterprise architecture management tools like Bizdesign.
- Ensure alignment and integration of enterprise architecture with other IT initiatives, projects, and systems.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions that can enhance the enterprise architecture and support the business goals.
- Facilitate and promote the adoption and governance of enterprise architecture principles, policies, and standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or IT consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise architecture solutions using industry standards and best practices.
- Proficient in various enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, or EA Sparx.
- Knowledgeable of current and emerging technologies, trends, and practices in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Certified or trained in one or more enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, FEAF, or Gartner, with proven track record of delivering enterprise architecture solutions for large-scale and complex organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate and align the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and compare alternative enterprise architecture options and recommend optimal solutions based on business needs, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Expertise in various enterprise architecture domains, such as business, data, application, technology, security, and governance, and familiarity with various enterprise architecture tools, such as MEGA, BizzDesign, or Avolution.
- Strong knowledge and experience in various application architecture and integration architecture patterns, such as microservices, SOA, ESB, API, and ETL.
- Strong knowledge and experience in various technologies, platforms, and languages, such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Oracle EBS & Fusion, AWS, Azure, MS Dynamics, Identity Management, DevOps.
