Key Functions/Duties of Position:
- Planning, coordinating, and communicating at a team and ART level, identifying and resolving blockers for the teams, and mitigating current and future risks to delivery.
- Actively monitoring delivery and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Engaging with Business Stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and concerns.
- Clearly presenting delivery progress to leadership and business stakeholders from feature inception to adoption.
- Balancing refinement activities alongside sprint deliverables to maintain a healthy backlog.
- Performing project analysis, managing risks, identifying and influencing necessary course corrections, and creatively solving problems.
- Facilitating daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos; planning projects and releases.
- Understanding the technology landscape, being aware of changes, and proactively communicating changes to teams.
- Onboarding resources and staff; coaching teams to achieve higher levels of agile maturity.
- Managing vendor relationships.
- Navigating an ever-changing landscape, showing flexibility while working with 60+ organizational units.
- Managing several concurrent projects to ensure their on-time delivery according to customer expectations.
- Overseeing the Jira ticketing system, assigning tasks, and applying innovative approaches, methodologies, and/or techniques while directing projects, programs, and activities.
- Utilizing experience and expert knowledge for establishing and documenting policies and standard operating procedures for the team.

A candidate coming from the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry would be ideal as they will understand the maturity of Agile in the Insurance sector space.
