We are seeking a skilled and experienced GTS SAP Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and other IT specialists on various IT projects where GTS could have a direct or indirect involvement.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and other IT specialists on various IT projects where GTS could have a direct or indirect involvement.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on the prioritized initiatives and progress being made on the expected deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on SAP GTS functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP GTS and related technologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing SAP GTS solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP GTS implementations and processes.
- Ensure that SAP GTS solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP GTS implementations.
- Manage configuration and customization of SAP GTS solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Create prototypes for proposed solutions and lead testing efforts to ensure functionality and performance.
- Plan and manage SAP GTS projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
What You Bring:
Education:
- BS in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, MS in Systems Architecture or equivalent.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience working on GTS domain within SAP ERP Systems. S4 Hana knowledge would be a plus.
- Global Knowledgeable on Global Trade Compliance matters, including Compliance, Legal Regulation, Import and Export Customs, and Risk Management.
- Proficient in integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules such as EWM and ECC and external systems.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient technical solutions that align with business requirements and SAP / GTS best practices.
- Solutioning of configuration and customization of SAP GTS solutions to meet specific business needs.
GTS Specializations:
- Define organizational structures such as Foreign Trade Organization or Legal Units.
- Implementation of integration between ECC and EWM and RFC Communications.
- Compliance Management.
- Configuration and setup of Legal Regulations for Sanction Party List Screening and Embargo Screening services.
- Interface build for automatic file transfers i.e., SPL, ECCN, and HTS files from vendor to SAP GTS application Server folder (AL11).
- Legal Regulation for Import and Export Legal controls: Configuration and setup for complex management of Legal Requirement management.
- Define Numbering schemes, Product Classification for export/import license, License Determination Strategies.
- Communications between SAP GTS and middleware Seeburger (B2B) applications for electronic integration with country-specific customs authorities like US AES Exports Declarations.
- Export Declaration with foreign Customs (US / France / Singapore) would be a plus.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $104,100 to $179,100 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
