WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist SVP, Education & Business Development with development of Practice Implementation strategy.
- Coordinate with other Practice Implementation team members to lead the development of Practice Implementation content.
- Contribute to the overall development and strategy of current and future education products, activities, and training.
- Develop/review title, learning objectives, activity descriptions, and content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Apply best practices of instructional design and adult learning theory to the strategy, design and delivery of educational content.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify fundable education gaps and grant development.
- Coordinate market research initiatives and gain proficiency in Qualtrics.
- Offer academic, administrative, operational, clinical, and research counseling to the program and residents.
LOCATION: Washington, DC – Hybrid, two days a week in the office (Tuesday & Thursday)
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience and Education required:
- A Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree is required.
- Completion of pharmacy residency or equivalent experience is required.
- 6+ years of pharmacy practice and management experience or 1+ year of a Residency/Fellowship and 4+ years of pharmacy practice and management experience is required.
- Current active pharmacist licensure and pharmacy practice experience is preferred.
- Pharmacist board certification is preferred.
- Pharmacy professional association involvement and leadership is preferred.
