Los Angeles Comprehensive/General Ophthalmologist--Non-PE Private Practice
This is a unique opportunity for a board certified/board eligible Ophthalmologist, who wants to work for themselves. We present an uncommon opportunity to join an independent, privately owned, solo practice with unlimited potential, where you can shape your career path while enjoying the stability of a guaranteed salary and equity opportunities which include the potential of gaining 50% equity in 5 years. The ideal candidate is self-driven, proficient in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of eye conditions and performing surgery and routine eye exams. The role involves both medical and surgical management, as well as providing general ophthalmology services. You can work to expand the practice to meet your goals. The area has significant cataract/refractive surgery potential. This opportunity is for a self-directed individual, not a person who wants a job where they can simply clock in and clock out, but instead wants a career and is willing to work hard to build his/her own practice.
Located in a desirable location in Los Angeles, steps from Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles and 6 miles from the ocean. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established practice for over 60 years and passed down by two doctors with a five-star reputation. With experienced staff and state of the art technology to step into and mold into your own, we are looking for the next individual to pass the baton and keep this practice thriving for years to come. An experienced Ophthalmologist will help teach and mentor you as you learn how to manage the practice's growth, and eventually become your employee. Well established referral base from physicians and optometrists.
