This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience, and more than 15 years professional software development and application architecture experience, including 6 years’ enterprise integration architecture experience with BPM, CRM, API Management, Java/JEE, Kafka, cloud, and Microservices.
Specific requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Strong white-boarding and Solutions Architecture experience;
- Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns, strong enterprise integration architecture experience with SOA, BPM, CRM, API, Kafka, data, and analytics;
- Good architecture and strong hands-on experience in architecting hybrid cloud/On-premise or cloud-native CRM solutions;
- The architecture design experience of implementing complex customer relationship management portals with leading CRM vendor tools, including, but not limited to, ServiceNow, PEGA, and Salesforce;
- 10+ years of overall software development experience developing JEE, Angular, Microservice applications;
- 6+ years of technology integration with: SOA, BPM, API, CRM, and cloud;
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring, analyzing, and recommending solutions to performance problems in high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems and integration architectures;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill set;
- Demonstrated leadership leading teams in end-to-end implementations.
A big plus to have:
- Healthcare Payer industry knowledge and experience;
- Ability to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders;
- Self-starter and motivated.
