About this position:
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is to advance patient care directly in the role of expert clinical practitioner and indirectly in the roles of educator, consultant, researcher, change agent, collaborator, clinical leader, role model, and patient advocate. This CNS will provide clinical oversight over the Intensive Care and Intermediate Care Units and will collaborate with patients, care partners, health care professionals and service providers to ensure seamless, quality care across the continuum.

What you will bring:
- Master's degree in a CNS track from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license
- Current designation as an APRN from the Maryland BON which includes a certification and a separate CNS Licence.
- BLS CPR certification required
- 3+ years of full-time experience in critical care
