Sales Director, IT/Creative Staffing - Dallas, TX
MUST HAVE 7+ YEARS IT /CREATIVE STAFFING EXPERIENCE
Founded in 2003 and privately held, our client is one of the largest privately held Creative/IT Staffing firms, with 10 offices across the United States, India, Malaysia, and Australia. They are looking for a Sales Director to lead their Dallas office for continued revenue growth. This role will lead a team of 4 account executives in a player/coach model with full P&L responsibility for a $10m market.
What You Will Do
- Business Development: Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging networking events and various sources to expand the client base.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements to drive successful partnerships.
- Team Management and Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Leadership and Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values, driving growth and market expansion.
- Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated on staffing and recruiting trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
What You Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment with a background in IT/Creative staffing.
- Strong knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area's staffing market, along with a well-defined strategy to capitalize on local opportunities.
- Proven track record of prospecting, engaging, and acquiring new business with examples of building a robust book of business.
- Previous experience managing and mentoring a sales team is required.
- Values-driven, highly professional, with a strong focus on quality and successful sales team management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
