Summary:
The Vice President of Platform Product Management is an entrepreneurial, growth-minded leader who is motivated by a start-up environment, passionate about iterative testing and learning, and delivering excellence to the agent and customer, which is critical for RealSure’s value proposition. With demonstrated technical product, communication, and leadership skills, the Vice President is responsible for building API products, A/B Testing, and Data solutions to support the customer and agent experiences that will change the future of residential real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategic vision, execution, and business impact for platform products supporting the customer and agent experiences.
- Develop internal employee tools and processes that will lead to efficiency and optimization.
- Establish data, analytics, A/B testing processes, and API strategy to build and document scalable systems to support growth of the related applications.
- Develop and manage our platform architecture strategy including connectors to major software applications.
- Work cross-functionally to develop the strategy and execute on launch, governance, and performance of APIs.
- Inspire, lead, and grow a product management team; proven ability to develop a strong product team through recruiting, training, and ongoing coaching.
- Create and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy and roadmap tied to desired business outcomes; facilitate the planning and execution of all products related to the customer experience.
- Collaborate with members of the executive, engineering, service delivery & operations, program design & experience, and marketing teams to support the development of company-wide strategies.
- Work closely with the CEO and human resources to lead a team with integrity; establish and maintain a diverse, trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in leading product management teams with expertise in internal tools, data analytics, and API technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- 5 years of experience excelling in a highly matrixed environment with ability to work across multiple partners successfully.
- Ability and experience with recruiting, motivating, coaching, & leading very high performing product talent.
- Fluent in analyzing a broad range and large volume of data and research, and an expert in translating them into product enhancements.
- Deep foundational understanding of the principles of agile development, software engineering, user experience, and user research.
- Motivated by solving new problems, continuously seeks innovation, and proactive about making large pivots to serve the customers' needs.
- Proven history of successfully managing multiple product efforts with ability to execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication and high degree of confidence in executive-level presentation skills required.
- Ability to influence at all levels and a highly empathetic & strong listener to both customer needs & stakeholder concerns.
This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
