Position Overview: Repair Director
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Repair Director to lead our pool service repair team, focusing on training, managing repair operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in Training: Develop and oversee training programs for technicians to master swimming pool equipment maintenance, including driving training.
- Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate the repair and replacement of pool equipment, including advanced systems like heaters.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Lead in inspecting and diagnosing diverse pool equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and excellence.
- Team and Resource Management: Efficiently manage technician schedules, company resources, and maintain high operational standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in swimming pool equipment repair (filters, pumps, motors, salt systems).
- Communication Proficiency: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift over 50 lbs and adapt to physical demands of the job.
- Independence and Responsibility: Capable of working autonomously with a commitment to professionalism and detail.
- License and CRM Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license and preferably have experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce.
