NVIDIA's Federal business unit is seeking a leader motivated by shaping an entire market, in service to the US Federal Government at a time of exciting and profound change! The Account Manager we are looking for will have a consistent record of winning and leading complex government funded programs in the Civilian Agency segment of the Federal market. This full-time position requires close partnership with NVIDIA product marketing, solution architects, developer relations, and applied engineering to drive revenue for the company. The role requires a strong knowledge of the Civilian Agency segment, with focus on agencies like the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). You will need the ability to work effectively across multiple levels in an Agency, from Executives to program managers to engineers and developers. What you will be doing:
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, sales pipeline management, training and education of key customers, Independent Software Vendors, and partners. For this role, you would have a mix of the following skills:
- We are looking for someone who knows how to accelerate growth, drive revenue, and increase market share for NVIDIA products in the Civilian Agencies.
- This leader will be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customers, agencies, and surrounding ecosystem. We expect this Account Manager to build key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue by expanding existing install base and winning new projects and program business.
- You will work closely with FSI's, OEM, GSI’s, and ISV’s, to envision, craft, and execute go-to-market plans that will serve customer requirements and adoption of the NVIDIA products within your defined accounts.
- We require that you define, drive, and communicate product and solution strategy specific to address the requirements of the Agencies for which you are responsible.
- Evangelize the use of NVIDIA products and technologies to end user customers and partners.
- Ability to travel as needed.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years (or senior management experience in lieu of) selling complex technical solutions into the Federal Government market.
- Direct experience working Civilian Agencies in BD and sales roles representing systems, software, or other related technologies.
- Proven track record leading significant revenue responsibility and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals.
- Please be ready to provide specific examples of building and expanding existing installed base, identifying, and closing large, strategic projects and programs in the Federal Government.
- Demonstrate the capacity to understand a complex and broad range of NVIDIA technologies.
- Provide thought leadership, think strategically and successfully communicate vision (both written and verbal) and engage in cross-functional collaboration.

The cash compensation range is $208,000 - $327,750, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
