Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a PRN Registered Nurse in our Quick-Response Team to support the Federal Occupational Health services in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This position allows for flexible scheduling while volunteering for 6-8 on-call shifts, with increased pay for being on-call.

RN Job Duties:
- Provides nursing care in an occupational health setting, including walk-in care, first aid, emergency response, and treatments prescribed by personal physicians.
- Assess and monitor environmental hazards for special classes of employees, promoting optimal employee wellness and risk-based prevention programs.
- Conduct educational programs for federal employees using FOH training materials and health promotion programs.
- Ensure that all services delivered are entered into the management information system.
- Report to the area clinic manager and/or the nurse coordinator.
RN Job Requirements:
- Graduate from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN).
- Active and unrestricted RN licensure in any of the 50 states.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Occupational Health or related areas (public health/community health, outpatient clinic, school nursing, or physician office nursing).
- Minimum 3 years RN experience preferred.
- Recent clinical experience required.
- AHA Basic Life Support Certification, CPR/AED.
- Must be willing to travel to more than one clinic within a day.
