The Senior Product Manager will be part of the Sovereign Product Architecture and Delivery Engineering Team, driving the design and implementation of Sovereign Clouds for some of the most sensitive customer workloads. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to build and leverage your strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft services and/or technical approaches for hyperscale cloud to further develop and evolve the cloud deployment and operations strategy for Azure.

Responsibilities
- Defines and influences the long-term vision and strategy for feature areas based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market and user research, the competitive landscape, and Microsoft’s business goals and strategy.
- Leverages a deep understanding of the product architecture to design and improve experiences.
- Collaborates across functions, teams, and organizations to drive features. Ensures alignment between customers and internal stakeholders, and the goals and strategy of Microsoft.
- Defines and tracks success criteria and performance metrics to improve product.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience
Other Requirements
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
