About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team’s technical roadmap in alignment with business priorities and cross functional stakeholders. This candidate will manage a team of engineers and guide them in their career progression, while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.
Responsibilities:
- Plans technical projects and helps prioritize those in collaboration with other teams.
- Owns the delivery of the team roadmap and milestones.
- Manages performance, career growth, recruiting, onboarding and training.
- Takes ownership of the team processes.
- Reviews technical architecture designs.
- Actively advocates for engineering excellence.
- Drives collaboration within their team and with other teams. Fosters and builds a positive team culture.
- Structures the team's operation models so that the team is engaged and efficient.
- Delegates tasks to engineers based on the individual strengths and growth aspirations.
Qualifications:
- Required: 5+ years of hands on experience in development on a variety of languages, platforms, frameworks, and technologies.
- Required: 3+ years in a Senior Engineering role.
- Required: 2+ years in an Engineering Manager role.
- Required: Excellent organizational skills.
- Required: Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing software with React.js, React Native, Node.js, AWS.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between: $180,000 - $230,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
