Job Summary: The Sales Director is responsible for strategically growing organizational development by driving base business expansion and overseeing account management. This individual will ensure continued service offering penetration and profitability of assigned clients through a proactive contact strategy, establishing rapport with clients by resolving questions regarding products, services, or pricing to improve client satisfaction and increase profitability. The Sales Director will oversee inside and outside sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships of an existing client base to support the execution of growth initiatives.
- Manage and support a team comprised of inside and outside sales teams.
- Research prospective accounts in target markets, pursue leads, and construct agreements.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure that they meet all client requirements.
- Upsell service solutions to target accounts to ensure revenue growth by either upgrading the current service level and/or selling new products.
- Document customer interactions with respect to risks, opportunity and relevant actions plans.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement using CRM.
- Work closely with Customer Experience Manager to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Develop and document best practices within the division.
- Support outside sales team with administrative work and closing deals.
- Create and monitor KPI’s.
- Assist with the implementation of new CRM.
- Create effective communication strategy between operations, sales, and customer service teams.
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience in selling, marketing or supervisory/leadership experience required.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, client's customers, and support staff.
- Capability to respond effectively to changing demands.
- Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Contract-managed service experience is desirable.
- Ability to work in-person at Bothell office full time.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time.
- Moderate noise and temperature levels.
- Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day.
- The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, or kneel, lift up to 25 lbs. and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed.
- The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 per year plus bonus
