Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our external marketing initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the success of our go-to-market (GTM) launches. You will drive strategy, oversee complex projects, and collaborate across teams to deliver results-driven campaigns that accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that align with company goals and target markets. Drive alignment between product, sales, and demand generation functions.
- Project Management Leadership: Establish and manage detailed project plans for GTM launches, setting clear milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns across various channels (paid advertising, content marketing, email, etc.). Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Multi-Channel Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of diverse digital marketing channels and tactics. Understand the most effective strategies to engage target audiences and drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and clear communication between marketing, sales, product, and other stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop a deep understanding of performance metrics. Translate data into actionable insights that shape marketing programs and strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership content and share best practices within the marketing team and other relevant stakeholders.
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of growth marketing experience, with a track record of driving measurable growth through successful campaigns.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Leadership and Influence: Inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals, even without direct authority.
- Problem-Solving and Resourcefulness: Excel in solving complex problems creatively and independently managing resources.
- Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Possess a strong data-driven approach to make impactful strategic decisions and refine tactics.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Clearly articulate complex information to internal teams and external partners/agencies.
Travel Requirements
This role may require up to 20% of travel time.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. The exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.
Salary Range (OTE)
$140,000—$145,000 USD
