Who you are:
- You have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, emphasizing both acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- You possess exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- You have strong negotiation and pricing skills.
- You are self-motivated and results-oriented, consistently striving to achieve and surpass set objectives.
- You exhibit the ability to work independently while also being a valuable contributor to collaborative team efforts.
- Willingness to travel as required (if applicable).
- You hold a deep understanding of the education industry, particularly the challenges confronted by universities and advancement teams.
- You possess proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
How you'll contribute to the team:
- You will take charge of a designated territory focused on major US universities, creating and executing a strategic plan to expand our presence within existing clients while targeting new accounts.
- You will identify and engage influential decision-makers in potential institutions, utilizing industry insights and networking abilities to uncover new business opportunities.
- You will lead impactful presentations and product demos, effectively communicating EverTrue's value proposition and customizing solutions for each prospect's unique requirements.
- You will oversee the entire sales process, from qualifying leads to designing tailored solutions, generating proposals, negotiating terms, and successfully closing deals.
- You will adeptly negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes for EverTrue and its clients.
- You will identify chances to cross-sell additional EverTrue products/services to current clients, boosting the value they gain from our solutions.
- You will stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, providing valuable insights to prospects and clients.
- You will research, develop, and create a pipeline of opportunities three times the required ARR to meet sales quotas.
- You will maintain records in the Salesforce CRM, accurately documenting all client interactions, opportunities, and activities.
