Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

Our Content Management Team ensures our websites facilitate a modern and engaging web experience that delivers on our target audiences' expectations. As the Sr. Consultant, Content Management, you will utilize your web design skills to publish marketing content while deepening your expertise in content management, and web and user experience design.
What Will You Do?
- Partner with team members in publishing pre-written content on basic, templatized web page layouts within Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Mock-up and build pre-designed web page layouts and components.
- Collaborate with business partners to design and execute priorities and project goals.
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports and recommendations based on relevant data.
- Research industry best practices on content management and provide recommendations for more efficient, streamlined processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience working in Content Management Systems (TeamSite and Optimizely) with some experience design knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
- Ability to analyze data to interpret trends and provide insights to management.
- Ability to foresee challenges and proactively look for ways to create more efficient processes for the business.
What is a Must Have?
- Two years of professional work experience in marketing related field.
