The Hired Guns are seeking a proactive, results-driven Print-On-Demand Sales Director to lead the POD business for a startup nestled within a $2-billion promotional products company. Note, this is a hybrid role in the Atlanta, Georgia area. You must be willing to go to the office in-person, and to relocate if you’re not currently living in the region.
Salary range: $110,000 to $160,000 per year

About the Role
A global two-billion-dollar promotional products company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead their Print-On-Demand (POD) business.
In this role, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to build strategic partnerships within the POD industry and implement customer retention strategies that ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
You must have 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in the print-on-demand industry or a related space. You have an expert point of view on POD industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. You are a great cross-functional collaborator. Plus, you’re a strategic thinker who can bring business leaders, stakeholders, and the marketing team along with you. You excel at leading sales teams and in identifying and nurturing key strategic partners both inside and outside of the organization. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a must; an MBA is a plus.
