Job Description
My Client is seeking a Director of Sales Training who will not only create Sales Training Programs but also Leadership Development Programs.
Qualifications
The Successful Candidate must have:
- Developed and managed a Sales Training Program from the bottom up.
- A Bachelor's degree in organizational development, learning and development or related field, from an accredited college/university.
- 8+ years of hands-on Instructional Design/e-learning program development experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team.
- 3+ years of sales training that includes training both Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience required.
- Strong background in facilitation and instructional design.
