Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Marketing Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading transformation and change management initiatives within the marketing organization. You will play a crucial role in identifying and coordinating stakeholders across various projects, products, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Conduct change management assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Create comprehensive change roadmaps
- Identify organizational champions to drive adoption of changes
- Assess the readiness of the organization for change
- Lead training efforts to ensure smooth transitions
- Develop detailed project artifacts
- Maintain a holistic understanding of the project while paying attention to details
- Drive faster adoption and minimize resistance to change
- Monitor progress, track issues, and report updates to management as necessary
- Provide support and coaching during transitional periods
- Collect and analyze data through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and focus groups to understand organizational culture, success factors, and barriers
- Address anticipated resistance by building plans that promote adoption
- Facilitate conflict resolution when necessary
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Transformation/ Change Management
- Strong experience in Marketing Ops or onboarding new tools space
- Proven ability in creating project vision/scope documentation, managing budgets, and guiding deliverable reviews
- Proficient in leading delivery-focused discussions, brainstorms, and working sessions
- Skilled at requirement-gathering & producing business process flows and documentation
- Previous experience working with enterprise clients as part of a consulting team
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful with the ability to handle ambiguity
- Startup experience is a plus
- Highly collaborative and proactive in seeking information and solutions
- Able to balance ownership with shared responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks through clear communication
