Scopely is looking for a Director of Product- Live Operations to join our Marvel Strike Force game in the United States on a remote basis!

What You Will Do
- Leading a high-performing team of live-ops product managers with a focus on career development, expectation setting, building camaraderie, and establishing best practices.
- Developing the live-ops strategy and plan in partnership with cross-functional game leads.
- Taking ownership of strategic direction in service of growing the game and achieving business goals.
- Curating and sharing quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback to inform live-ops strategy.
- Evangelizing the live-ops vision and strategy to the team and studio, especially around areas of excitement such as recent wins and longer-term aspirations.
- Ensuring that live-ops plans are consistently up-to-date and aligned with changing market trends, user feedback, and business goals.
- Educating the development team on live-ops goals, so they understand both where we’re going and why.
- Ensuring that live-ops events and offers drive the KPIs needed to achieve our business objectives.
- Responsible for revenue forecasting, daily revenue tracking, and general live-ops performance.
- Regularly reviewing and approving features and live-ops content.
- Providing game performance updates to leadership and the game team.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and operating successful mobile games.
- Strong understanding of free-to-play game mechanics and monetization strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product strategy and decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $215,000 - $300,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
