About the team:
UKG is seeking a customer-centric and growth-oriented senior leader with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of leaders to develop and execute on an aspirational vision (aligned with UKG’s strategic priorities); as the Vice President of Payment Services – Tax Processing & Customer Services, the candidate must be able to drive transformational business outcomes, collaborate well with other business leaders to deliver enterprise-level results, be customer-facing and skilled at sharing business results and the path forward in a customer-centric manner, orchestrate change-leadership activities, continually improve efficiency, meet financial budgetary expectations, and develop talent. The candidate must be passionate about developing, communicating, and executing innovative strategies that will help retain and grow our customers and our people, increase efficiencies, and most importantly - create a differentiated, delightful customer experience.
About the role:
- Leadership oversight for Tax Processing Teams
- Develop, communicate, and lead the Payment Services – Tax Processing & Customer Services strategy to help retain and grow our customers
- Partner and collaborate deeply with the UKG leadership to drive enterprise-level outcomes
- Uncover opportunities to leverage data and technology that will help Payment Services drive a better customer experience
- Identify, develop, implement, and track key performance indicators for the Payment Services – Tax Processing & Customer Services teams to ensure targets are met
- Design and implement a delightful Payment Services – Tax Processing & Customer Services customer experience that will be a competitive advantage for UKG and enable growth
- Lead, inspire and develop the Payment Services – Tax Processing & Customer Services leaders and their teams to drive innovation to ensure predictable and scalable results that drive growth and improve profitability
Qualifications
About you:
Basic Qualifications:
- An understanding of the tax compliance business
- Deep experience in managing customer relationships and outcomes
- Proven experience as a senior-level Strategy and Innovation leader at a high growth, scaling SaaS company
- Experience leveraging data, automation, and technology to improve productivity
- Experience analyzing, mapping and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey through process optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- The ability to set a vision, execute on a strategy and get into the details when necessary
- Held roles operating at a senior leader level for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience working in the tax compliance and/or HCM industries
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills to partner deeply with VP of Payment Services and other key leaders in Finance, Epic, HR, and Customer Success.
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $180,000 to $200,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
